Hello everyone! Hope Ramadan has been treating you well for those observing. And hope that everyone is enjoying the food & family time. (But please social distance, wear your mask, sanitise and shower as soon as you get home!)
We would like to take this opportunity to inform you on our IMPORTANT shipping information during Ramadan. I’m sure a lot of you would like to receive your parcels BEFORE Raya, so here it goes!
To receive your parcels BEFORE Raya, last chance to place your order will be:
Sabah & Sarawak, 29th April, Thursday
West Malaysia, 2nd May, Sunday
Orders placed after these dates are not guaranteed to be delivered by Ninja Van or PosLaju before Raya!
Also, our last day postage at Brush & Co will be 7th of May, Friday! So place your final orders at 11:59pm, 6th May Thursday to be included in our last day postage.
We will be on holiday from 7th – 16th May (During this time do expect slow response, we are also expecting a baby during this time, so we are taking a longer Raya break than usual!)
Postage with Ninja Van will resume on 17th of May! So any orders placed between 7th – 16th May will only be shipped on 17th May onwards! We also don’t do same day shipping & will need to take 1 -2 days to process your orders, so we appreciate your kindness & patience.
