Return & Refund Policy
Customers may request for an exchange or refund for any damaged/wrong/faulty items due to Brush & Co’s error within 7 days of order completion. Any issues after the stated date will only be entertained on case by case basis.
We do our best to ensure our products and your order are packed and shipped safely, but there are times where shipping & delivery goes awry.
To help us with your exchange or refund process, please:
- Take a photo proof of the damaged/wrong/faulty products
- Include your order ID
- Email us at admin @ brushnco.com or DM us on Instagram
We will replace the items free of charge. Brush & Co will bear the shipping delivery of your replacement item.
Do note that for Brush Sets, we will do a replacement of the faulty item(s) only, not the whole set. If the product is unavailable, we will refund you partially.
For returns, Brush & Co will only accept products in their original condition (unused and with it’s original packaging).

- We offer exchange & refund for issues found to be defected due to Brush & Co’s error. Any damage/defects caused by the fault of third party or customer’s fault cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Brush & Co reserves the right to not allow exchange or refund if the conditions are not met.
