It’s going to be such a different raya feel this year. Our country is affected by covid-19 and we are all in our on way dealing with it the best way we can.
Brush & Co had several exciting launches planned for Raya this year. We created a beauty case for you to store all of your makeup, beauty products & brushes for you to bawak balik kampung. We also planned for it to be personalized for the first 100 customers.
The bag idea came to me when I realized that I was carrying 2 makeup bags – one for skincare and one for makeup. And wanted one bag that would fit them all.
And I thought it would be the perfect Raya beauty case for everyone to use to balik kampung with.
We are still launching the bag during this festive season with hopes you find it useful to store your makeup products. It’ll be available for purchase on 24th April. The day we begin our Brush & Co Raya Sale. (Edit: It’s launched, btw!)
The bag should fit up to 50 makeup & skincare products. Here’s what we fit in ours!

Material: PU leather (Easy to wipe off any liquid, cream stain)
We will also launch our latest collection – Ivory & Onyx. It’s a face essential kit with 6 brushes which includes foundation brush, deluxe powder, powder, buffing, blending and shader brush.
Over the years, we noticed a lot of you asking for different variety of face brushes and you guys emphasized that face brushes are more important than eye brushes. So we created Ivory & Onyx collection that has 5 face brushes and 1 eye brush – just for a basic & quick eye look. One of the brushes were made specifically for nose shading but can be used to apply eyeshadow too.
This collection will be launched at a later date though. But definitely in time for your Raya morning makeup!
Here’s some quick facts about the Ivory & Onyx Collection:
There are 2 colours in this collection; White & Black. The White brushes are the Ivory Essential Kit; which can be bought as a set or separately as single brushes. Same goes for our Onyx collection; you can purchase this black elegant brushes in a set or separately as single brushes.
We kept the handle short – as per all of our recent collection releases. But we didn’t compromise on the size & diameter of the brush hair. We believe that a wider, dense face brush helps with fast & seamless makeup application.
Each brushes are printed with its brush functions & codes – so it’s easier for new makeup enthusiasts to identify which brush is for which product & application. We also made the brushes with a flat end design to give it a sleek, elegant look whilst able to stand on its own on your vanity.
All our brushes are made of 100% soft synthetic hair and is made affordable for all.
I guess that’s all about our Raya release this year. We really hope this blog post finds all of us in a better place that is safe, warm & familiar. We all miss the normal; and we really hope it will return to that soon.

Brush & Co is a small business run by a husband & wife duo; and you guys have made a lot of our wildest dreams come true. And I don’t think a blogpost is enough to thank all of you for that.
