Unfortunately for me, my skin throughout my 27 years of life is almost always full of pimples.
Today it’s a big cystic one (jerawat batu orang tua tua kata), tomorrow small forehead pimples but there are pimples nonetheless.
My left cheek suffered the worse in 2014 and till today I’ve the scars to prove it.
A couple of years later, my cystic pimples tried to make a comeback but this time I learned about Apple Cider Vinegar.
Apple Cider Vinegar is basically vinegar made from apples, sugar & yeast. But who would’ve thought this concoction would be one of the best acne prevention product ever?!
I started using it every night on my face… It does not matter the stage of your pimple; if it’s just about to come out, if it’s already masak, if it’s just a teeeenyyyy tiny bit just wipe some Apple Cider Vinegar on it and watch it slowly disappear without leaving a scar. Most importantly, you’ve to buy Apple Cider Vinegar with THE MOTHER in it. Brands in Malaysia that has ACV with the mother includes Bragg & this other brand I forgot I have to check my fridge.
However, it is dependent on how big your acne is… I usually get cystic acne on my cheeks, I put on the Apple Cider Vinegar with face cotton for a couple of days and the pimple magically disappears. NEVER LEAVE THE FACE COTTON WITH APPLE CIDER VINEGAR ON THE PIMPLE, IT WILL BURN!! You’re just supposed to dab some. And leave it.
Side note: Apple Cider Vinegar smells like pee….. it stinks… So if you use it before bed, make sure you put towel over your pillow so the smell doesn’t seep through your pillow case & pillow.
In a nutshell:
- Buy Apple Cider Vinegar with The Mother/Unfiltered/Raw (brand suggestion is Bragg Organic)
- Use Face Cotton or Cotton Bud and dab it on your pimples
- Don’t leave the face cotton with Apple Cider Vinegar on your pimple, it will burn!
- It smells like pee… so use it before bed and cover your pillow with towel.
Ps: Apple Cider Vinegar is also good for weight loss.. I’ve never tried it but maybe now I will. Please research first what is the allowable intake for it as its quite tangy and acidic. I will try to include a picture when I have time!
