We are searching for a Packer & Operations Assistant who’s trustworthy, detail-oriented, meticulous & a fast learner – with a genuine love the beauty industry!
Job description:
- Perform quality checks & organise products systematically
- Process daily online orders from TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and WooCommerce
- Accurately pick and verify items according to the packing list
- Pack customer orders neatly and securely for delivery
- Able to manage their time efficiently to perform all necessary duties
Salary & Benefits:
- RM1,500 –RM1,600/month (depending on experience)
- Working hours: 30 hours/week (Mon–Fri) | 10am – 5pm with 1 hour lunch break
- EPF + SOCSO + staff discounts
Office Location: Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur (free parking available or LRT is within walking distance!)

We are searching for a content creator with an interest in all things beauty! If you are obsessed with skincare, the latest makeup launches & aren’t camera shy, we want you!
What you’ll do:
- Create on brand TikToks & Reels
- Plan weekly/monthly content calendar
- Video shooting & editing
- Work closely with the co-founder & marketing team
- Keep up with current trends
Skills & Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in media particularly in social media management
- Experienced in copywriting & video editing
- Deep understanding of both TikTok & Instagram Reels
- Bahasa Melayu & English language proficiency
- Comfortable being in front of the camera
- Updated with the latest video trends & audios
About this role:
- Part time role (20 hours per week)
- Fully remote (with occasional team meet-ups)
- Flexible hours
- Contract role (3 months)
