Unfortunately, i havent received my brush wash from ninjavan. I’m very dissapointed. I scheduled for pickup instead of delivery at one pickup point in putrajaya near my house. However i still haven’t received any confirmation sms from ninjavan regarding my parcel. Is the parcel gone missing or what?
Hi, could you contact Ninja Van on this? As per your tracking number (and still its a weekend) maybe they haven’t send to pickup point. It seems they tried to deliver twice too to your address? Hope you’ll get more information soon.
Delivery was just slightly later than I expected seeing it was scheduled to be delivered on Saturday but it didn’t arrive so I had to wait till Monday; a bummer since I was excited and waited patiently all day.
